Day 11

True to our word... here are the promised pictures.

Thanks to Heather who put a nice pink bow on our mailbox (not pictured) and to Linda and Bill for the baby sign and balloons.

The balloons were a little limp by the time we took the picture, unfortunately.

Little Lucy is getting ready for the pool. We are already teaching her to hold her nose when she dives in.

Luciana, 2 am. All night long, her face looks like this. Well, it looked like that for a few nights. It's been much better the last few nights, thankfully. We hope it continues tonight.

Luciana, 2 pm. Dad looks pretty rough, too.

She manages to make a bath in the sink look like a dip in a classy hot tub at a spa.

So far, this fun mat has been excellent for sleeping on. She hasn't yet figured out the doohickies. But, the monkey has taken an interest in her.

Thanks to Adair and Alan for this lvely baby sling thingy. It works wonderful. Dad does yardwork and baby come along for the ride.

Caroline and Matt came over to visit Luciana and brought cookies.

Ryann and Lance came over with all sorts of rubber ducky gear for the baby goose.

Jack, leaning as far away from the screaming tiny human as possible. Actually, he's been great with her. I just think he wishes she would quiet down sometimes.

She fits ont he couch better than dad does. The remote is for scale, not because she was watching tv.
